2012 Champions League Twenty20

The 2012 Champions League Twenty20 (CLT20) was the fourth edition of the international Twenty20 cricket tournament, held from October 9 to October 28, 2012. Jointly organized by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Cricket Australia (CA), and the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), the tournament featured top domestic teams from cricketing nations around the world. This edition saw participation from 12 teams, comprising the winners and runners-up of national T20 competitions, including the Indian Premier League (IPL) champions Mumbai Indians. The tournament took place in various venues across India, culminating in the final at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, where the Kolkata Knight Riders emerged as champions, claiming their first CLT20 title.
