2016–17 Deodhar Trophy

The 2016–17 Deodhar Trophy was the 44th edition of India's premier List A cricket tournament, held from November 25 to December 1, 2016. The tournament featured three regional teams: India A, India B, and India C, competing in a round-robin format followed by a final. Hosted by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), matches were held across various venues in the country. India A emerged as the champions after a dominant performance throughout the competition, showcasing emerging talent in Indian cricket. The tournament not only served as a platform for players to demonstrate their skills but also played a crucial role in identifying potential candidates for national selection.
