2014 Durand Cup

The 2014 Durand Cup was the 127th edition of India’s prestigious annual football tournament, held from September 20 to October 3, 2014. Established in 1888, the Durand Cup is one of Asia's oldest football competitions, organized by the Durand Football Tournament Society and contested in various formats since its inception. The tournament took place primarily in New Delhi, featuring teams from various parts of India, including I-League clubs and representatives from the Armed Forces. Defending champions Mohammedan Sporting emerged victorious, securing their 12th title by defeating the Bengaluru FC in the final. The event not only showcased emerging talent but also contributed to the rich heritage of Indian football.
